This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent.
